Shipping & Processing

We believe in clear expectations. Every item is labeled as Ready to Ship, Pre-Order, or Handmade so you always know what to expect.

Ready to Ship
Ships within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends/holidays).

Pre-Order
Please allow up to 25 days from the date your order is placed for processing and shipping. Pre-orders ship as soon as inventory arrives and passes quality check. Orders ship in the order they are received.

Handmade
Please allow up to 2 weeks for creation and processing before shipping.

You’ll receive tracking by email as soon as your order ships.

Pre-Order Policy

Pre-orders are limited quantity and produced in small batches. Any ship window listed on the product page is an estimate and may shift slightly due to production or carrier delays. If anything changes, we will email you updates.

Returns

We do not accept returns unless the mistake is on our behalf. However, we will honor all exchanges.

Refunds

If your return is approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method after the item is received and inspected. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

If Something Arrives Wrong

If you receive the wrong item or your order arrives damaged, email us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We’ll take care of it.
